Spoiler Alert!I thought this was a lovely story! There were a couple of typos that were inconsequential to the story. Some of the stories in the erotica genre are so riddled with typos that it is distracting and irritating that the author can't bother to spellcheck or proofread.
The only part of the dialog that troubled me was when the author wrote (as Cole's thoughts), "Dear God, is she bipolar or something? he thought. That uncharitable thought made him ashamed..." As a health provider I can vouch that bipolar disorder is not a choice but a disease. As such, it is not anything to be ashamed of so Cole's thoughts should not have been "uncharitable: or "ashamed". Sad, concerned, and disappointed for her if she had been bipolar, maybe, but not what is implied. I don't believe the author meant any malice or even meant for it to sound as it does. But words are important and to someone with bipolar disorder, these words could be hurtful. There is a prejudice in our society against people with mental illness and we have to be vigilant and thoughtful to avoid it.
In closing, I think this was a well written, steamy romance. I liked the well developed characters immensely and hope to read many more of the author's stories!

I am a huge lucia jordan fan. she can't hardly write any wrong to me
I really enjoyed reading Deeper. Cole's character so far has come across as humble and decent. Julie is quite independent yet seeking more. I thoroughly enjoyed this read. Was quick and leaves the reader wanting more. Another goodie by Lucia Jordan.
This book was absolutely. I've only got through the first book and I'm already hooked. I recommend this book to anyone and everyone. AMAZING BOOK
Deeper is an explosive, passionate story that leaves you wanting more! Cole ignites a fire within Julie that she didn't know existed and has no idea how to cope when they are apart.
I just love reading this short story. Could not wait to see what happened between Julie and Cole. I am dying to read the remaining books so I know how things actually turn out.
Every book Jordan has written have never been a disappointment and with this one she has done it again! Her characters are so real and the scenes so visual! I will keep reading them until my eyes go blind! Thank you Lucia Jordan!
why would some do that you ask. Because the pain is to intense. I really need to stop reading clifhangers. They kill me. But damn the suspence is killing me I have to know. Does he walk, will she let him? I could not stop reading. I have to know what happens. I simply put love this story. Another great read from an amazing Author
